Keith Jeffreys presented with 50yr Jewel

Kyabram Freemasons presented WBro Keith Jeffreys with a 50yr Jewel at our March meeting. WBro Ron Fleming made the presentation in front of more than 55 members & visitors.

Keith began his Masonic journey in 1974 at Rosebank Lodge in Beeac VIC. He moved around Victoria over the course of his early years as meat inspector, before arriving in Lockington.

Keith was Worshipful Master of Stability Lodge Lockington in 1989, he remained a member there until 2012, when he joined Kyabram Lodge 225 after Lodge Stability closed.

Keith has been a wonderful Freemason & has made many friends throughout his years in freemasonry. He has been very well supported by his wife Val whom he has been married to for 63years. Keith and Val's daughter Jo also came to share in the celebrations.

Members of Keith's Masters' group were along for the presentation. They include WBro's Peter Gibson, Arthur Fennell and Ron Fleming.

Former members of Stability Lodge; WBro's Geoff Shawcross, Graeme Carnie and Tony McMahon were also at the presentation.

Congratulations Keith, a well deserved achievement.

The lodge room was as full as it has been for some time with quite a number of visitors and partners from a number of Gippsland and Northern Victoria lodges.
